Authorization To Transfer Files

The undersigned authorizes Durrell Law Group, P.C. to transfer my (our) files and documents, including original documents in DLG’s vault, to Birch Horton Bittner & Cherot (“BHBC”). I understand that before becoming a client of BHBC, I (we) will be sent and will need to sign an engagement letter to formalize the attorney-client relationship with BHBC. The authorization to transfer files also includes files for any trusts for which I am (we are) a trustee and companies listed below that I own or control.
