At Durrell Law Group, P.C., our attorney team has more than 100 years of combined experience, complemented by our skilled support staff. Most of our employees have been with the firm for more than 10 years, which we believe is a testament to our workplace environment.

Our experienced team of professionals includes five attorneys, two paralegals and support staff:

Each of our clients is paired with one of our attorneys, whose knowledge and expertise best aligns with their needs. This not only provides each client with a single point of contact, it also allows our attorneys to develop the close relationship and understanding necessary to effectively provide personalized service to meet the client’s legal needs.

Our paralegals and support staff share the same dedication to providing high-quality service, and perform their best for every project and every client.

Community Involvement and Continuing Education

Members of the Durrell Law Group are active in the community where we live and work. You will find our team volunteering with Alaska Legal Services and other local nonprofits, serving on various boards and committees in the Anchorage community, and supporting local events and fundraisers. You will also see us out exploring the trails, mountains, rivers and lakes, and enjoying all the amazing outdoor activities our great state has to offer.

Just as we strive to educate our clients, we are also committed to our own ongoing education. Our attorneys regularly participate in various local and national continuing legal education programs related to our areas of practice. We attend Bar Section meetings to share local information and concerns with other attorneys. Internally, we host “Lunch and Learn” programs for attorneys and staff to stay abreast of issues that affect our practice, from substantive legal issues to office-related technologies.

Our firm has steadily grown since it was founded, driven by our clients’ need for our services and expertise. We enjoy a strong reputation in the community as one of Alaska’s premier business law and estate planning firms. We have many long-term clients who require continuing legal services for their businesses and their personal estate planning. We also receive a steady stream of inquiries to provide services to new clients who have heard about us almost exclusively by means of referrals from our clients, other attorneys, accountants, financial planners, life insurance agents, and other members of the community.

In order to meet these needs, we periodically add qualified attorneys and support staff to our firm. We offer compensation levels and arrangements that are highly competitive within our community.

Interested in Joining Our Team?

Our office systems are driven by the latest technologies. We consider only those candidates seasoned in the use of computer software and who embrace the use of technology. For support staff positions, we do not necessarily believe that law office experience is a prerequisite. Candidates with experience in fields such as accounting or title insurance, for example, would be considered. Positive attitude, commitment to supporting our clients, empathy and respectfulness are additional qualities we look for in members of our team.
